Este tipo de emergencias, que ponen en riesgo la vida de los residentes y afectan gravemente la infraestructura, pueden evitarse con protocolos adecuados y mantenimiento oportuno.<\/p><p align=\"justify\">CGAI recuerda la importancia de tener actualizados los Planes de Emergencia, realizar mantenciones peri\u00f3dicas a los sistemas el\u00e9ctricos, de detecci\u00f3n de humo y redes h\u00famedas, as\u00ed como controlar especialmente los espacios comunes y bodegas, que en ocasiones podr\u00edan almacenar materiales inflamables sin la debida supervisi\u00f3n. La prevenci\u00f3n tambi\u00e9n implica educar a los residentes sobre el uso correcto de estos espacios y fomentar una cultura de autocuidado.<\/p><p align=\"justify\">Como consejo final, CGAI destaca que los Planes de Emergencia solo son verdaderamente funcionales cuando el personal del edificio est\u00e1 entrenado para actuar en consecuencia.
